The reputation of delicatessen and dry sausages from Les Monts du Lyonnais has made its way through France and over the world. Our business is ideally placed in the heart of this region where dry sausage and its authentic taste is still manufactured within tradition.

Our family business SALAISONS MONTSERRET was created in 1936 by the great grandfather of Nicolas Montserret who is the current General Manager of SALAISONS MONTSERRET.

Our business has been making and distributing sausages and dry sausages for over 80 years, always respecting the tradition and know how.

Nowadays, SALAISONS MONTSERRET counts 30 employees.

Since its creation, the establishment has evolved substantially, but has managed to stay a family-ran and pleasant place.

The establishment has gone through two phases of extension, the first was the creation and improvement of the manufacturing room, steam rooms and various dryers and drying cabinets. The second was the creation of a new packaging room, new offices and a brushing-chalking workplace.

Selling more than 40 different products, our family business has gained different customers from over the world.

Our company sells sausages, delicatessen and dry sausages throughout France, England, Spain, Germany and overseas, to supermarkets and hypermarkets, big firms, showmen on markets or events, etc...

The Salaisons possess a compulsory sanitary approval and follow an HACCP methodology (quality and control plan)

The methodology is strictly respected and supervised : this is a necessity in food processing industries nowadays.

Strict hygiene rules are also applied, these procedures allow us to create a genuine quality in our products.
